Mcdonald's - San Antonio

During my trip back to Austin, I decided to stop for a cup of coffee. When I inquired about how long the coffee had been brewed, the employee mentioned it was an hour old. I then requested a fresh pot, as I find that coffee older than an hour tends to taste burnt. The employee checked with the manager, who replied that they wouldn’t be making any more coffee for the rest of the night. What a letdown for customer service! I ended up leaving and finding another place.

The Double Quarter Pounder was fantastic! It was hot and cooked to perfection!

I visited this restaurant a few hours ago, and it was a delightful experience. Renee was incredibly personable and friendly. After she took my order, a young boy in line expressed his desire for a specific Hot Wheels toy. Although they didn't have that particular one, Renee took the time to engage with him and went to the display case to show him the toys they did have. I’m writing this review because I’ve noticed many managers don’t take the time to interact with kids. Renee was fantastic and deserves recognition from her upper management for her excellent customer service.
