During our trip to San Antonio to visit Six Flags for our daughter's spring break, we decided to try out the Luxor Mediterranean restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. While my family indulged in some non-vegan dishes, I opted for the Egyptian Kushari which was absolutely delicious. The portion size was generous and I couldn't eat it all. We also ordered the Meza sampler as an appetizer, which was fantastic. My family enjoyed their shawarma wraps as well. The service was also excellent.
