These guys always smile when they deal with customers. You're even nice to my dogs in the window. What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
Order online and arrive 10 minutes after estimated time. They couldn't find my order, and the older woman said it was soon done as if I hadn't seen her and other employees who wanted to find my order. I asked if it just wasn't done? Usually always ready when I'm in the mood for pizza. Sometimes they take a little longer to get the food ready, but it's right on the street and comfortably opened when we're hungry.
You should close this place or get new employees who are rude, and this girl always forgets everything that it is funny every time she messes up, she is like I forget the pizza is terrible it is never really cut the bread is garbage just agh
Palo alto location has no sense of urgency and gives your order away to other customers. I ordered through the drive thru and was asked to withdraw. They said 15 minutes to make extra best pepperoni. I waited 30 minutes. I drove around the front asked the worker in the drive thru what happened to my command. He beat himself forward as if he had forgotten my order, and gave my order to someone else. I asked to talk to managers and a very young probably 16 years old worker came out. I explained the situation and she was looking for my order. After 10 minutes she comes back with my order and an additional pizza. I don't care about an extra pizza. I would have preferred an explanation and an apology. I'm going to the other nearest location for 20 minutes, because it's better customer service and business is much cleaner.
Pizza and crazy bread have been on the spot. Ask for the menu item on a hot-n-ready pizza with crazy crust and try the difference. No crust back. Crazy crust is garlic butter and Parmesan cheese blown around the edge. I also love the employees of Lil 'C who work together and their obvious how the chemistry progresses between customer and employee.
Worst location. I ordered 1 pepperoni pizza over the phone at 7:50pm and was told it will take 5-10 mins. I arrive at 820pm and was told it's going to to a 15 minute wait. 15 minutes later the same employee came up to me and say sorry no one put your pizza in.. but they're putting it in now. I asked for my money back or just any of the 12 pizzas they had sitting there and 2 employees just laughed at me. THE EMPLOYEES THERE ARE A JOKE!
