Laredo Taco Company - San Antonio

I'm pretty disappointed with my food, the flautas are hard, my tortilla on my tacos are burnt but the most disappointing part was that the lady upfront was taking orders, preparing the food and tortillas while the other two employees were standing behind her not doing anything. Food would have probably been better had they all been working together. I wish I would have asked that ladies name because she was very nice and great at upselling.

I have traveled south Texas for over a dozen years and every lent season I look forward to the shrimp tacos. I must say this is the smallest tortilla I have ever seen in the hundreds of Laredo Taco places. I mean if the tacos have gone up to almost 5.00 each, make the portion at least consistently...

The food is great but the customer service is the worst. Sign says open at 4 am but the food is never ready until 5am. the lady cook does not acknowledge your presence and will not help you until she is ready to. she will keep her back turned to you and when you are helped you get nothing but attitude as you are made to feel terrible because you are ordering food at 445 in the morning. if this was a one time thing i get it we all have our days but EVERYDAY!! come on! LTC you might want to change your hours of operation or get better staff. signed no longer a customer

Morning staff is always rude and have bad customer service all around. Foods good though.
