What User doesn't like about La Nostra Famiglia Trattoria:
Ordered takeout for dinner….very very disappointed! The lasagna was a child’s portion….actually my 5 year old was still hungry after eating it. It was so so thin! I paid 21 dollars for an extremely small portion of lasagna which was definitely not worth that! There’s no way an adult would be satisfied after eating that. Also ordered fettuccine Alfredo which lacked in flavor and also not worth $15! I really like to sup... View all feedback.
Great delicious Italian cuisine and professional and attentive waiters. the first time here celebrate a birthday, but we will definitely comeback.

This place is terrible! I don't know how this place on earth can have an assessment of 4.7 reviews, it also deserves no 2.7 review. we went there because of the good reviews, but it was a big mistake. one of the worst experiences of the restaurant. the place where it is small, the guests sit in centimeters from each other. the restaurant is really old and outdated, the atmosphere is depressing. the employees are slow and quite unfriendly, obviously not trained profis. eating is in order, but it's good. we had a reservation by which we hoped to save time, but then waited 1.5 hours for our order. the restaurant was not even full, so it was not even a thing of too many guests with accompanying. the waiter who served us did not show much concern that we are sitting there patiently waiting for our food, she was lying in the corner and came to our table once or twice to ask if we wanted something else. when they finally finished and paid our dinner, they even had the opportunity to ask 25-30% drinking money! this is just a tear-off restaurant with terrible costume service, we will never come back here again. run away from this place, there are many better restaurants in the neighbourhood.
I love those. great tasting authentic Italian cuisine. large portions, literally, the Caesar salad alone can serve at least 3 people. on Saturday evening they had to move some of the tables to accommodate the larger reservations. So we had to wait a bit for our main dishes, but it was worth it. every dish is so to order, sometimes it may take longer than usual to get her food, especially in busy nights. it is nice that they not only have their one server, but if there are 2 server, both will jump in and help. I think what makes it a nice place to go because the owner, arturo, has remembered our names and welcomes all like family.
The absolute best, family owned Italian restaurant in San Antonio. The chicken picatta is my absolute favorite, but you can't go wrong with any menu selection. We highly recommend!
