Ihop - San Antonio

Excellent and prompt service. The restaurant is very clean and well-kept. There are plenty of tables, so the wait time is minimal. The food was perfectly cooked. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience with my breakfast/dinner. When my food arrived at the table, it looked just like the pictures on the menu, and the taste was spot on. I even took a moment to thank the chef for the great meal. However, the only downside to my visit was the lackluster service from my server. She didn’t make much of an impression and I had to remind her several times to refill my brother's coffee. There were only two tables being served that night—ours and the one next to the front wall. When she brought my milk, it was at room temperature, which was disappointing. So, unfortunately, the server doesn't get praise this time; maybe someday, but not today. Today, the credit goes to the chef for a job well done.

The night manager was our waitress during our visit. Although it was quite busy and already past midnight, we were seated immediately upon our arrival. Despite having a hurt foot, the manager provided excellent service. We kept our order simple, opting for tea and biscuits and gravy. Our food arrived at our table almost instantly. The tea was cold and sweet, while the biscuits and gravy were piping hot. Overall, we enjoyed good food and great service.

Waiting time to get our food was reasonable. Great customer service. Our breakfast was very delicious.

We were greeted with smiles and warm hospitality. Erica was our server and was the absolute BEST. The breakfast was delicious and fresh and we enjoyed everything. We will definitely be back. Best IHOP I have ever been to.
