Ihop - San Antonio

PRO:Staff were incredibly nice, fast and attentive! Although it was very busy, they held a professional demeanor. When I arrived there, a customer at the reception cried girls over his takeout order. He asked about the manager and when she arrived, she tried very politely but unsuccessfully to offer him something in return for his dissatisfaction. She was unhappy. Pancakes, as you would hope at a pancake house, were quite at the point. CON:My Omelet was interesting. the idea of a fluffy omelet apparently does not exist in the head of the chef. It was thin, overcooked and - although I am a big meat eater - it was filled with meat.

Considering how slow and early it was, the level of attention was minimal. The food was great but getting it took a while. I even heard the cook telling my server the food was ready. Maybe my expectations were skewed because of the great experience at the Hot Wells location. But overall, the experience was lacking.

Awesome I hadn't been there in while. The food and service was awesome. Should try the new blueberries French toast yum.

Was seated fast. Took a while to get our drinks out. Took even longer to get our food we were so hungry ready to eat after waiting so long. They are promoting the minions movie my son ordered the banana shake minion pancakes. They were not at all how the pictures look. My son was so sad about that. The silverware tables were not cleaned properly. My money was not well spent here. I will not be returning.

We had a great experience. Place was packed but wait time was short. Food was great and service was good.
