While the meat is often praised for its quality, diners repeatedly express concerns about service lapses, cleanliness, and freshness. Reservations are recommended, but even then, wait times and attention to detail can falter. While many appreciate the friendly and attentive staff and the memorable birthday celebrations held here, inconsistencies in food presentation and service hinder the overall experience. Guests are left contemplating the value for money, balancing culinary delight with service expectations.
It was amazing. Plenty of food constantly. Also had amazing service.
The food was not as fresh as we have experienced previously. The pork and chicken were both dry, and there was a lack of variety in the meats that were served to our table.
It started off with fabulous food and service but after 15 minutes the service disappeared along with the servers and only after we asked to be served did anyone return It was extremely busy but to just not serve was what got them the low score
We only had a few pieces of food that were burnt and we didn’t eat it. It was worse than “well done” we paid for the dinner special of $39 and it was worth it for the amount of meat still available to us. Although another issue we had was that we had to wait for more meat options to come out since there wasn’t a lot of servers. We hope to go back and have a different experience.
Great service. I would go again. A little inconsistent in the seasonings of the meats. Some Were perfectly seasoned some were under seasoned.
