Doubledave's Pizzaworks - San Antonio

Always a great experience when we come here. it is quiet when we dive in and the pizza rolls are delicious! between my husband, small child and I don't leave left. her buffet was also great, the few times we caught it. many variety and some unique pizzas to choose from. oh and it's nice that their arcade games play free.

Took an hour and 20 minutes for delivery. I will admit the food was still pretty warm when it arrived. The garlic breadsticks had almost no flavor. They were also ordered “crispy” per their app and It actually had dough I could pull off inside that wasn’t cooked. The pizza is so generic. It’s basically the same as little Caesar’s. Which is fine for $6 but not for these prices. Extremely disappointed.

Showed up to pick up our order at 9:15 when they close at ten. THREE people looked directly at us sitting at the window and then looked away acting as if helping customers isnt their job. They looked annoyed even. Eventually someone, im assuming the manager, came to the window and apologized for not hearing the buzzer but I know none of them are blind haha. They all chose to just not acknowledge us. We were the only customers there. Don't know if being ignored by the staff just put a bad taste in our mouth but our food was overcooked and lacked flavor. As we drove away we had hoped the food would be good enough to make us brush off the poor service but we definitely won't be going back.

If you went to Texas A&M, you know all about DoubleDaves! This location is clean, fast, and the staff are always professional and courteous. Most of the times I visit for dine in or pick up. There are not too many or too few people present. There's plenty of TVs to watch the sport of your choice. (A few times I've had to ask them to put on the Aggie game this I find very ironic You can never go wrong with their pepperoni rolls! If you haven't tried DoubleDaves, head on over and enjoy some good food.

This was my first time ordering delivery from this restaurant. I chose Double Dave's because they offer a cauliflower crust. Prompt service and delivery was on-time and correct. The gluten free crust tasted amazing ...would highly recommend!!
