This is a hidden gem, quiet and very well handled. Quality of food and service excellent, my daughter had her preferred full of bean cheese and bacon tacos and finished every bit. Not too many places have the option even, but the costilas de oven (short ribs plate) is a major standout, very tender and delicious. Even got some to go. Good food, great prices as well. This place is a hidden gem. From the outside it looks rough, however; the inside is very cleaned and well maintained. The tortillas are homemade and wonderful. The tacos were delicious and priced well. The tea was fresh and the server was very friendly. Would absolutely come back again.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and I couldn't believe that a Mexican restaurant wouldn't even know what a "huevo a la mexicana" taco is. When I asked for it, the lady looked completely puzzled.
