Cicis Pizza - San Antonio

Been here a lot don’t know I had never made a review, well let start by saying u can create your pizza they need your name for your pizza will get to that in a minute, so when u come in the greet you with a big hello welcome to Cici’s like I said great pizza salad bar is also great, very friendly staff always ok now the name part when I was walking out a dude on the on the back yell my name and thank me , now that’s customer service

One my favorite places to eat pizza. Price is good for pizza buffet and if they don't have you like the staff well happily make one for you no extra charge. Cicis does make wings but that's extra charge and not included on buffet.

We went there last night almost at closing time. About 8:45pm and I didn't get the guys name but he was super nice. Greeting people on their way in and out. Super super nice. We were the last ones to leave around 9:15pm and we never felt rushed or pressure like other places at closing time. Will definitely come back but around 6pm or so. We went just to cover a pregnancy craving!!

My guy Jay had great customer service. He made my family and I feel welcomed and was courteous to each individual I saw him interact with. Keep it up my man! Thanks

Went for lunch..staff very friendly and made sure you were ok. Assistant manager very friendly and made small talk made you feel very welcomed. Staff made sure you had options on pizza. Many choices
