The salads at this restaurant are tasty and fresh, but they are also very expensive. They offer three drive-thru lanes for ordering, which makes it convenient for simple orders to be prepared quickly. The lobby is not open at this particular location, but I believe this allows them to serve more customers efficiently by utilizing the parking lot as additional drive-thru lanes. View all feedback.
What Damaris Waelchi doesn't like about Chic-fil-a:
Moved here from Georgia a few months ago. I have tried this location multiple times because it is the closest to my house. Every single time, my chicken filets on my sandwiches are this thin. Same with my chicken biscuits during breakfast. I just thought the chickens were sadder in Texas. I tried a different location yesterday to see if there was a difference. Night and day. I went to Chick-fil-A recently and I was very impressed. Despite being very busy, they never made a mistake with my order at the drive-thru. The service and food were also fantastic. Great job to the team at Chick-fil-A!
We typically drive to Chick-fil-a on 1604 281 because it's closer, but on this day the line of cars wrapped around the building and the access road. We decided to try this place instead and moved up in line. The restaurant was busy and seemed equipped to handle a high volume of customers, and the employees were efficiently polite. My only complaint was that my sandwich was a bit soggy because the pickles had leaked juice onto the bottom bun.
Every time I come to this drive thru, I regret making this mistake again. This is consistently the SLOWEST chick-fil-a, and as a mom, I am a frequent customer of chick-fil-as. The car line is often out to the street, which is really unsafe! I wish it wasn’t the closest to my house. I avoid it whenever possible, and you should too. I’m not sure why management doesn’t have people taking orders outside like other chick-fil-as do?
I work across from this Chick-fil-A at Phenix Salon Suites. Damon Hair Studios( shameless plug).. Anyways.. My son and I love going to this location. Really friendly staff and attentive. Food is always good and the place is always clean. Never ever had a bad experience...The fries , oh good lord ,,, them fries,,,,they really kicked it up a notch on those fries..
I have visited the drive-thru twice specifically for their iced coffee, and I must say, it is actually quite good. The coffee is not bad at all.
