There was one server on the floor and she was awesome! Even though it was busy she managed orders and check-ins for refills at all of the tables really well. We never ran out of drinks (some of the wing flavors heat can sneak up on you) and don't think any table had to wait. View all feedback.
What Giovanni Schneider doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
Terrible customer service. If a family, especially a large family, is willing to go spend a considerable amount of money to celebrate a birthday, why are they unable to take a cake, and then be refused a copy of “company policy” where it supposedly states dessert can’t be brought in? They weren’t bothering anyone and didn’t cause a scene; was calling the cops really necessary? I’d focus more on treating your customer... View all feedback.
We visited the restaurant for dinner on a Saturday evening and experienced a long wait, which was anticipated. The food was average, with the chicken being dry and lacking flavor. The drinks also had an unusual taste, but the waiter graciously replaced them.
The wings were dry, overcooked, and resembled random fried chicken pieces. We were charged $20-$25 for them and when we brought this to our waitress Alyson's attention, she shrugged her shoulders and said there wasn't much they could do. We ended up spending over $80 and felt cheated, hungry, and frustrated. We will never return to this place again.
This place has gone to S#@T! There is hardly ever any paper towels in the restrooms, I guess COVID never comes here. The women's restroom has been smelling like sewer, you open the door and BAM.... Whose taking a big dump Everything is out dated. They just need to rebuild from ground up.So sad.... management team doesn't seem to care. Maybe some day they will rebuild or just close it and make room for a better eatery.
Normally a good choice. Not tonight. The wings were overdone, dry, chewy, and cold. The fries were the same; cold, chewy, rubbery. I was hoping the dressings would cover it up, but nope. Plus you can never tell the difference between blue cheese and ranch here. I did order it to go and live a little less than 10 min away, so I don't think we can blame it on the drive. Bottom line, pretty sure this is our last time at this restaurant.

I’d focus more on treating your customers right and food being served HOT instead of letting it sit there for who knows how long while you go on an ego trip.
