OK this place is very different from the previous place called Bliss. New owners I think. The restaurant is now called Mosaic. It is obviously Indian owned. Very creative dishes. Velvet and I shared the Chicken Tika Masala pizza. Unique and delicious. We also shared a new dish, beet hummus falafel and shishito peppers. Awesome! Wine prices were good. Service by Edward was excellent. View all feedback.
What Amanda B doesn't like about Bliss Restaurant Bar:
It is lunch time and they have only two women trying to clean tables and wait on guests, with over 25 tables you can imagine how hard that is for them. We waited 15 minutes just to be seated, so if you're in a hurry, perhaps skip over to the Tim Hortons across the street instead, it will definitely be cheaper too. Food however was good, I'd recommend the Club or the Meat Lovers Pizza, which features locally made saus... View all feedback.

This is a restaurant in an airport hotel, so the prices are high and the service spotty when they get extra busy. We were there for a dance competition and the restaurant got slammed after we ordered. Multiple allergies at our table for four which we advised of when sitting down. The adult pastas were good. The girls wanted to order from the kids ' menu for simplicity with allergies. Despite initial consultation, about 10 minutes after ordering our server returned to advise one kid 's meal ordered had the allergen in it and so she quickly substituted for pizza. The pizza that arrived was suitable for a five year old. My kid eyed her friend 's burger from the kid 's menu (same price $10) which was huge, and so she ordered a burger on top of her pizza. Water was never refilled. The original burger arrived plain and server had to be flagged down to get ketchup. The meal ended and still no burger for my starving kid who had been dancing all day. Our server forgot because it was busy . Really? Not a repeat for us even if we were at the hotel again. I would rather have dinner from a nearby Tim Horton 's kiosk.
An uneven experience. Andrei the bartender was great. He found an ingredient that I asked for but wasn't on offer; must have scrounged it up from somewhere. Also recommended a wine that wasn't listed on the menu. Other staff were less enthusiastic. At one point we were waiting at the bar to be served; I could see two staff members talking in the hallway for at least five minutes while there were no other staff behind the bar or on the floor. Prices are what you would expect for a Hilton resto near an airport where the audience is captive. Precious little on the menu for less than $18. Large glasses of wine are north of $15. Nothing special about the décor. I would describe it as Hotel Modern. Look for the apples, fruit water and popcorn in the lobby!
Food is definitely above average. Especially because your on an island! Staff is friendly! Prices are insane!
