The ice water that was served to me I placed in my to-go cup. It tasted like bleach. Probably from the cleaning of the ice bin and not rinsing it properly. I ordered a sandwich and the server asked what side would I like with it. I was given what appeared to be a sample of slaw. Turns out it was a $2.50 added charge for that sampler.

Took our order twice...Only ordered a bucket of tea and 2 large teas. When we got to the window, they tried to give us another order. I told them it wasn't my order they went to the back and brought out another order that wasn't ours. Then, when our simple order was brought out, we paid and left to have tasted our teas, and it was old nasty tea. We then got home to hope our tea in the bucket was maybe from a different batch and it was not....it was also nasty!Not going back. During this whole confusion they had they were not polite either.

14 min to get 1 taco is ridiculous! Girls there had zero sense of urgency for Morning rush. I got off with only 4 ppl waiting already for their food. After they gave the food to the guy in back of me, told them I got skipped, all girl said was...oh sorry and finally got my 1 taco. I like the food but wouldn't recommend going their in the mornings.

Bill Miller has learned nothing with pandemic.Everything including condiments and eating utensils are where every patron can touch them without any type of sanitary protection.Need provide wrapped utensils and individual condiments that are in more sanitary manner.Food is marginal and environment needs to be kept cleaner.
