I had an incredible dining experience at the Arby's on Nacogdoches and 410, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Jason, the manager. The Double Beef and Cheddar sandwich I ordered was an absolute delight and lived up to the standards set in their commercials. The sandwich was perfectly prepared, with tender beef, delicious cheddar, and just the right amount of sauce. Jason and his team clearly take pride... View all feedback.
What Sam Keshvari doesn't like about Arby's:
Gave us hard fries. When I we ordered crinkle fries and nuggets. Then our change she gave us was covered in some weird brown stuff. Unsure what it was. She said it's dirty smiled and still handed over to us. View all feedback.
When they first opened, they were everywhere and they were immaculate. So I'm not sure what happened recently, but service and equipment failures are not good when you're new. Your chocolate shakes are great if you can get one. Three times in 10 days her shaking machine is down.... this is unacceptable. I can come back.
I like the burgers here. Big, juicy, flavorful burgers. But their curly fries aren 't soft and they 're just so flavorless and dense. (I feel like) the price is also expensive. For 2large meals I paid over $20. Overall it 's a good place, I just won 't be coming back anytime soon. This is one of those craving only kind of places. Not a quick bite stop
Great experience at this Arby's location. Major props to employee Olga, for being in such a good mood, being kind to me, and checking in on me during my stay. I stopped by after exploring the nearby San Antonio Botanical Gardens for three hours as such, I needed somewhere cool to sit and vent heat while replenishing fluids. I used a coupon I got in the mail to get a $7 meal, and it was ready for me quite expediently. Olga even walked it to my table (rather than calling my name for me to fetch it little things like that really show great hospitality). She was also nice to other customers that came in to eat (though it was fairly quiet due to the hour... between lunch rush and dinner rush). I enjoyed an ice cold Dr. Pepper from the soda fountain, plus snagged a refill before I head out.The establishment was clean and comfortable, with modern styling. It sounded like the manager was preparing for an upcoming visit from corporate from the chatter I overheard while dining. For the most part, I'd say he has nothing to worry about! Except the bathroom could've used a little more attention (a little dirty and no toilet paper, whoops). I did notice this Arby's is in a rougher part of San Antonio... right across the frontage road from a hobo village under the highway overpass,. So if you visit, expect to possibly see some folks down on their luck coming in to get a drink. They all seemed harmless enough to me.
Revised: my current experience at this Arby's, has made me change review, this place has really turned around. From ghetto to awesome, good job Arby's
