Great fish! Too crowed now compared to a few years ago. But sushi is always fresh and great selection of imported Japanese sushi and Toros. Specialty Rolls are great as well. Good proportion of rice to fish in the nigiris.
Best sushi in Marin? I?d say so! Get Hiro?s roll with ponzu and try the eggplant and spinach as part of your ?vegetable trio?.
This is our go to sushi place in Marin. It 's traditional, rather than fancy cali-sushi, and we like that. The fish is always fresh, and the staff is always friendly.
I?m eating there tonight. After which I will post a proper review. I did just call the place to reserve a table and was told they don?t do that. This strikes me as odd. Hence the 3stars so far Ok. It was delicious. I got the shrimp tempura with eel. That said. It was pricey. I?ve gotten used to that, but if your thinking it will be a cheap meal. I recommend you reconsider. The server was very polite and quick. It?s a tiny place, cozy. End review=4.448 Stars!
