What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
This is what Mango suspects dragon fruit, what look and not like lemon water. I told them that this isn't the right color and they said they're sorry to say we're out of this stuff. I asked for another drink and they wanted to recharge me. I am as good as I can get credit for the other drink that was done wrong and they are like this time, but next time we will charge you. The staff is friendly, and the coffee is excellent. It's a cozy spot to relax and catch up with a friend. It would be great if they could provide a few high chairs for the little ones.
This Starbucks is far better than any other location I've visited (and I've been to quite a few!). The customer service is outstanding, and the staff are incredibly friendly!
I'm pissed that the damn frappuccinos don't come in the 30 oz. How hard is it to add a dollar to the total and put it in a bigger cup???? Seriously???...
This is definitely the slowest Starbucks I've ever visited. The staff are extremely rude, and every time I go, my drink is always made incorrectly. I'm really disappointed.
Today asked for 4 different drinks and they couldn 't make any of them. We are out of that . Put a sign up on drive-thru or close the doors! Poor...
