City Cafe & Bakery - San Angelo

We were not able to book with these guys because we found someone else to cater but we'd would like to work with sometime in the future. Their food looks amazing.

Finally getting a chance to write a review for Susan, Bradley and her crew. Our daughter got married in San Angelo on April 6, 2019 and we can't say enough great things about this group!! We live 5 hours from San Angelo, so we relied a lot on Susan'sexpertise for food, flowers, cakes, decorations, and guidance. The cakes and pies were beautiful and delicious; thearrangements and bouquets of hydrangea flowers were so pretty and perfect; the decorations were exactly what we wanted; and oneof the most important parts of the wedding......food (we had an Italian menu) was awesome and had plenty!! Thank you againSusan, Bradley and staff for being so professional and helping make our daughter's wedding and reception a wonderful andbeautiful day!!! Highly, highly recommend!

Delicious cake I ordered for 30 people. I requested a peach filling because of the theme of my party. It is not a common flavor and the first bakery I called refused my order. But the City Bakery got it done for me! I had so many compliments on the cake atmy baby shower. The cake was big too! I was really pleased with the outcome. Definitely recommend.

Glad that others had a positive experience with this bakery but we did not. My daughter made an appointment to sample some cake and get an estimate for her wedding cake. When we arrived there were no samples and Susan was not really very friendly but shedid come recommended so we gave her the benefit of the doubt and went ahead and ordered the cake and left a $100 deposit. Susansaid she would call my daughter the following week for samples, that week turned into 3 weeks. My daughter called to ask aboutthe samples on Monday and left a message, someone called her back on Tuesday and told her to come in on Friday for samples. Mydaughter worked 7 to 5:30 that day so my husband and I went in and she said she didn't know we were coming and gave us one smallpiece of frozen cake. Bottom line we found a very friendly baker that will do the cake cheaper (even with the loss of ourdeposit) and her cake is amazing, all made from scratch.

I have used City Cafe and Bakery for many events, from fundraisers, to my daughter?s wedding, birthday cakes and appetizers and meals to go. You won?t find better in San Angelo! The food, service and attention to detail are the best!
