The managers are great here. The food is good. It's really the family friendly atmosphere that keeps us coming back. My kids love the pizza and desserts and getting to play in their game room after they eat. I wouldn't come here on a date with myhusband but I'd have a mother- son date here any day! We used to love going to Cici's but today was not good. No silverware.. Tables wasn't being cleaned.. Hardly any pizza was available to choose from. I've been visiting this restaurant about once a week for the past couple of months, and I really enjoy it. It's budget-friendly, and our picky son loves the food. The staff is consistently friendly, which adds to the experience. I've noticed that the food tends to taste significantly better when the high school students are there for lunch. It feels like being in a high school cafeteria, but I don't mind—it actually makes me feel young again!
Overall, this place is fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I visit frequently. If you ask for a specific pizza when they’re not too busy, they’re more than happy to accommodate you. Even small gestures like a friendly greeting make a difference. The atmosphere is perfect for a casual lunch or small gatherings. Plus, it's quite clean, which is always a plus!
This is by far my daughter’s and my favorite restaurant. We visit once a week because who doesn't appreciate an easy dinner after a long day? The staff is friendly and always has my daughter’s special request ready when we arrive. The managers are kind, the food is always warm, and the place is consistently clean! It makes my day so much easier to take my kids somewhere we can all enjoy and relax. I highly recommend stopping by for a meal!
It was a good time for a family date. My kids loved the food and the game room. We got there around 5pm and there were only a few pizza flavor options. They really kicked it up at 6pm. My only complaint was the noodles. They switched to using bigger ones and they were too mushy. Also they stopped putting Parmesan cheese and pepper flakes out. The game room was a lot of fun.
I had my girls basketball team's End of Season party here at 11 am. I called a day ahead to let them know, we are going to have about 20 adults with 10 kids coming in at 11 am (to prepare and have enough pizza ready). THEY DID! My girls were so happy and parents ate without having complaints. Cici's created a fun, clean environment. Thank you!
