Il Toscano - San Andrés

The food was tasty, but the dough sizes really varied from dish to dish. the ravioli was small, but the pasta was much bigger and my pasta was too salty for my taste.

I visited Il Toscano with a friend in April 2016. We had a hard time to share our thoughts from all delicious pastas, so we decided to share Tagliatelle Rabbiata and Ravioli with spinach in gorgonzola. Well presented, perfectly seasoned and homemade pasta. To dessert we shared a Torta de Limon and the house Tiramisu, just as well as the pasta. Incredibly well prepared, fresh and very, very tasty. I was in heaven! It was by far the best food I had for a long time. So if you want to devote yourself to a real Italian experience, this is the place. Do not be fooled by the interior that looks a little boring, you will forget everything about it at forest bites! Will definitely be back mmmmm....

Italian is my favorite cuisine in the world. I always look for nice Italian restaurants in my travels and Il Toscano was the best spot I could find in San Andres. They made authentic Italian cuisine. They have great seating, service, best location and decor. I started with the traditional appetizer of Bruschetta. Then I ordered one of favorite dishes the Spaghetti Carbonara to see if it would be prepared with perfection and sure thing I was not disappointed, in fact it was the best Spaghetti Carbonara I had eaten in two years. This is the best Italian in San Andres because they do everything right from the appetizer to the dessert. By the way I loved the Tiramisu. I hope you have a positive experience here as well.
