Update: we have been there 4 times since the first time and they never had vegan pizza again, always giving some lame excuse and “claim” that they almost always have the vegan pizza. the brot and the muffins are good, but not their hopes on the pizza, as they are likely to be disappointed. original: this place is a jewel, reminds me of the bakeries in the lowlands and the rest of Europe. it is the only place in Puebla/Cholula that we have found, pizzas with real vegan cheese (queso de papa). everything else was also delicious, we have bought a buck more muffins, cumbling, pizzas and a fresh bread to take home with us and later eat. recommend to all vegans, the biscuits, pizza and/or a great cappuccino! they also have vegetarian options for non-vegans.

Fui por recomendación de un buen amigo y, sin duda, la calidad del pan no me decepcionó. Además, tienen una selección de opciones veganas muy sabrosas. Los precios son asequibles, aunque las bebidas resultaron un poco más caras. En cuanto a la pizzeta vegana de la que leí comentarios aquí, se prepara bajo pedido, solo es necesario avisar un día antes de lo que desees.
