Was Andrews A at Zero Zero a mag?
We were in the city for my wife's birthday and did dinner at Zero Zero. The food was excellent! The pizza was so good and good sized as well. The pasta was delicious, the make it there! And the service was extremely fast. The restaurant was full, but we had our food 15 minutes after we sat down! View all feedback.
What anu g dislikes about Zero Zero:
How can pizza be so tasteless? This evening the pizza with sausage and pepperoni was bland, the crust was sub par, the sauce was sub par, the cheese was ... I am speechless. Rarely has a simple pizza and wine meal left me so unsatisfied. And this was in downtown SF. Very disappointed View all feedback.

I really like the food at this restaurant. This time, we ordered our usual favorite, the Roman dumplings with pork belly and Brussel sprouts, but also tried the rigatoni with duck confit and poke, which were both excellent. The service was very good, and surprisingly, the noise level (which is usually a problem for me at this restaurant) was not too high this time. Zero Zero is a consistently satisfying dining experience.

Fantastic pizza! My husband is Italian so I know good pizza. Zero zero does an outstanding job with their pizza. Among the best in the Bay Area. The vegetable appetizers are also outstanding. Great experience all around!

We were here 5 or 6 times. we were never disappointed. Yesterday were 6 of us. I don't have any favorite items on the menu because everything is always delicious. we ordered 2 pizzas. one with a henne of wood mushrooms and arugula. the other became Italian meats. we also ordered the Hamachi salad, meatballs, chicken legs, a charcuterie platter, a pasta with short rib ragu, and a pasta with crabs. everything was excellent and the service was perfect (as always.)
We went for my friends birthday. Really good experience and the food was good. Drinks were made well and overall would recommend.
We had a good pizza here. Nice crispy crust, thin, good flavors on the various pies we ordered. Salads/apps were ok. Nothing special. Service was attentive. It was solidly good forgot what it was— not fancy, but a good pizza.
Being born and raised in Naples, Italy, I’m always prepared for disappointment. In this case? No way!!! Well worth it and would go back in a heartbeat

Overall a good experience. Great service for a group of ~10. Food is good but not great IMO, hence the 4-stars. There are better places for pizza/Italian in SF.
Absolutely delicious housemade pastas, oven fresh pizzas, and wonderful cocktails!!
Came here to eat for dinner on a Saturday. The owner greeted us right away (always a good sign). Our waiter was fantastic and super friendly. The food AMAZING. We had the Stoner Garlic Bread (best garlic bread I’ve ever had). Complementary avocado toast (very delicious). We ordered 3 pizzas one of them including the Castro. Delicious! I usually skip dessert but since all the food was great we finished off with some cannolis that touched my soul ?. Definitely recommend this place. We just moved into the neighborhood here it’s nice to find great places to eat like this. For sure coming back.
The stoner garlic bread was definitely the highlight. It’s incredibly great especially when you can order it in person when it’s warm. The pizzas are super flavorful, and their crusts have a ton of flavor too. I wasn’t a big fan of the soft serve at the end of the day. There was nothing special about it I thought
I first heard of this place because I heard that they sold the chef presses here, which I first heard from Kenji Lopez. While buying the chef presses, the interior and height of the restaurant caught my attention right away. After buying the presses, I brought a friend later that day to try out the restaurant with me. Garlic Stoner bread: This garlic bread was presented in the form of a loaf that had garlicky, herb butter and cheese spewing from the wedges in the loaf. The bread itself was delicious, and the additional toppings made it even more amazing Dungeness Crab Spaghetti: I love dhow there was plenty of crab in the spaghetti. Overall I felt the dish could have a little bit more seasoning, just a tad more salt; it tasted slightly bland. The spaghetti was cooked perfectly, and loved the other additions in the dish. Fillmore pizza: This was basically a mushroom and cheese pizza, and I absolutely loved it. I don't see hen of the woods mushrooms often so when I saw that this pizza had some, I knew immediately that I wanted to try it. Overall, I would come back here to try their other pasta and pizza options, great atmosphere and service.
