Easter Brunch food was just ok the price was twice what it should have been. Will not return for special occasions

You do not worry about Open Table reservations, do not disturb We went to an empty restaurant where the staff prepared for private birthday party. No one disturbed us that place was not available. Why did they even confirm reservation?

We drove from Emeryville to the cozy breakfast at 11 a.m. on Tuesday before an afternoon round. A lot had the open space for ourselves; there was a Christmas party in the closed room next to the open restaurant seat, but the sound was low and not disturbing. The view of the course below and the hills and the state houses in the distance is fabulous. The food was good: I had a design-it-yourself Omelet and my GF had a kind of breakfast Super Nachos dish that was quite delicious and more than sufficient for another meal at home! The service was fast and attentive; the costs were very reasonable. What a way to spend a warm winter day.

We made a reservation to try this place despite some of the not so great reviews. Big mistake. Walked in. There were only 4 tables of customers on one side of the patio, so it was not busy at all. We stood at the bar waiting. Finally a guy walks through and I said we had a reservation. He said 'just sit anywhere you want. ' It should have been a red flag. We went out and sat on the other side of the patio. And we sat, and waited and waited. No one came,no menus, nothing. We finally got up and left. Went 2 blocks up the street to the Canyon Lakes Golf club brewery. Excellent service, food and view. Avoid this place at all costs unless you like to he ignored.
