Great food, ambience and amazing service from the staff

My wife and I have returned multiple times in the last week's since we've discovered Piatti's and the homemade pastas. Needless to say, the food was amazing. It was our first dinner experience at this establishment. However, service was ehh, while our waitress was super friendly she wasn't very attentive, so we felt obligated to order everything we wanted at once, once she arrived back to our table as we weren't sure when she'd return. We observed the table next to us from when they were seated and the time they got up to walk out without ordering. In all, food was delicious.

Food was very good. We went during an off time, so it was quiet and fast. Server was great. Love the remodel months ago. Great clean lines. Everything was very clean. Wait staff looked like a team and seemed to work well with each other.

New Decor very nice, a real drop in quality of food from previous menu. They dropped their old great standards tomato cream soup, rotisserie chicken. Host barely crested me and said your guest is around the corner. Food came before we finished salad, iced tea pasta sauce’s all very bland. Waitress friendly but not enough to overcome how poor the dinning experience was.
