Really i thought the breakfast was TERRIBLE. Sorry for the price it should have been much better. Service was super slow but not for any reason. There was no one in the restaurant.

The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was even better. Our waiter was attentive and provided exceptional service that we won't soon forget!
This restaurant is fantastic in every aspect. I will definitely be coming back when I visit San Francisco. The food and service were exceptional.
I want to extend a huge thank you to the outstanding team at Parallel 37 for providing us with an unforgettable dining experience tonight! Every aspect of our meal was exceptional. Special recognition to the attentive wait staff, all the talented kitchen staff, and particularly Chef Michael Rotondo for their dedication and skill. It brings us great comfort knowing that our nephew Drew is in the care of such a wonderful "family" in the West Coast!
Most delicious Chopped Chicken Salad and short rib burger you will ever EAT!!!!!! Fantastic!
Best desserts I history!! Andrea Correa's desserts are a combination of pieces from heaven, I have never eaten such amazing desserts in my life!! I would recommend this place to anyone and specially the desserts

I wish I could say that this met my expectations, but I had really hoped for more. I had a guard followed by a duck breast. Both were very well-designed flavors and cooked for perfection. I ordered a few drinks from the bar, unique, but not scattered earth. My wife had an emperor's salad and steak. The steak was tender and tasty, but served with poor presentation. The meat looked limp and inconspicuous. To dessert we had a chocolate cake, port and coffee. I'm torn because the food was great, but something lacked in the experience to make me happy to shake the money for a restaurant in the Ritz.
Service was excellent however the food was moderate and ambiance poor. We celebrated our anniversary there and they provided a complimentary glass of champagne and small desert. The lighting was overly bright and atmosphere was more hotel buffet than cozy romantic.
Parallel 37 is our favorite restaurant S.F (we lived here 43 years). We always enjoy the food and its presentation. The service is excellent. The ambience is our joy and we can really hear each other in the conversation! Wine recommendations are excellent with interesting options, including international vineyards that were unknown to us so far. We celebrated a big anniversary here with family and friends. The event was perfect!
Very pleasant breakfast spot. The food is excellent. The ambiance is not as grand as the lounge, but it clean, attractive, and pleasant and the quality is very good.
The best all-round dinner value for her buck: rival all the best restos with taste, presentation, ambiente, casual service, without the pretention and hype. portions are perfect (3-courses instead of a gazillion) with great wine selection and pairing, really a underestimated hidden gem in sf. here twice and 2 for 2 excellent meals and service, so it was so consistent. super friendly to the ground staff, and lärmfactor was perfect. they really deserve more attention.

The service was 100% five star. The plate was presented nicely and the food was tasty. As this was a high end hotel we expected it to be costly. It was. The food was very good, but there was not much of it. At breakfast that can be pretty important. I’d certainly go here again because the wait staff is amazing. The food was good. The ambiance was a little less posh than I had anticipated. You definitely know you are in a hotel rather than a high end restaurant. Though it is a very nice hotel. I loved it there and could have stayed for days.
