The employees were very nice and fairly fast. Now fast forward to when we get home and are missing items. We tried to call the store a few times with no luck. It said we had to go online and file a complaint. So we did and didn't get a response so I sent another 10 days have gone by with no hearing about it. Why is it so hard to get acknowledge for an easy fix problem.

We bought 2 Bigger Plates, with 1 side and 3 entrees each. The price has gone up to $10.80 from $8.xx before. But the portion size has decreased significantly. We first noticed that the main To-Go box was much lighter than expected. Then we noticed that the actual dimensions of the little box containing the 3rd entrée was also smaller. We normally enjoyed 2 meals from each Bigger Plate...but we can 't do that anymore.Additionally, they don 't have their normal pot of sweet and sour anymore...they just offer these packets of preservative-laden artificial sweet and sour that you will NOT want to ingest. We made our own sauce at home for the cream cheese rangoons, which were still delicious. Bonus tip: each SMALL order is $2.00 for 3 rangoons, while a LARGE order of 12 costs $8.40. Just get multiples of the small orders to save money.It 's not really this location 's fault, it 's clearly corporate that is behind these greedy changes. But it 's sad. Lots of good memories with Panda but we won 't be coming back. Not worth the money anymore.

That’s why this la... read more Our family has always loved Panda Express — quick, fresh, and dependable. It’s been our go-to for easy weeknight dinners and road-trip stops. That’s why this last visit was such a disappointment. The orange chicken, usually crisp and flavorful, was soggy and lukewarm. The chow mein tasted flat, like it had been sitting too long, and a couple of entrées were missing from our order entirely. The staff were polite but seemed rushed, and while the shift lead did apologize, nothing was offered to make it right. A credit for the missing meals or a small gift card would show that Panda still stands behind its promise of good food served fast. We’re not asking for special treatment — just the consistent quality that made our family fans in the first place
