Contribute FeedbackDespite having a great experience dining here a year ago, recent visits to King Chuan left diners feeling disappointed and questioning if the restaurant had changed ownership. However, some customers were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food, outstanding service, and accommodating staff. While some experienced delays in food service and a lack of attention from waitstaff, others noted the fresh, authentic dishes and overall enjoyable dining experience. Despite mixed reviews, the general consensus seems to be that King Chuan remains a popular choice for those seeking delicious Chinese cuisine in a welcoming environment.
The service was excellent and the food was fantastic.
We had arranged another lunch for 6 people at this restaurant having had a great experience about a year ago at the same place. We were very disappointed with the restaurant this time. Previously we had been able to eat family style, sharing different dishes that were all excellently prepared and fresh. This time we were told we could not do that and had to order off the standard lunch menu. Most of the dishes were below the average Chinese lunch standard, even their signature dish of Pot Stickers. Did this restaurant get sold? We will not be going back there again.
We absolutely enjoyed our experience! This Chinese restaurant has quickly become our favorite. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. What's not to love?
