Galpao Gaucho - San Antonio

The experience left much to be desired. It was my wife’s birthday and we had been looking forward to dining at this restaurant. They advertised fifteen different cuts of meat and only served about six different cuts of meat the night I went. The service was terrible. The waiters and waitresses were sitting in the back room at a table chilling and talking. Our server never came to check on us. The six cuts of meat are not served consistently or warm, all the sides were cold. There were only four families there. It was busy at all. My family and I will never return. I believe you get better service at Golden Corral, and better meat quality. We spent almost $200 dollars, it’s not about the money. It’s just about the service you get for the money.

Friday night date night. Impeccable service, attentive, polite, helpful, and darn right nice people. Salad bar has fresh food but was lacking items compared to other Brazilian Steakhouses. The Cheese bread served at the beginning was ok but not the best. On to the main course…I loved it, cooked right with great flavor and plenty of beef options. A bit disappointed no pork selections were offered, like sausages. My S.O loved the Brazilian Lemonade and also had Lamb and Shrimp. However what ever she ate differently than me had her visit the toilet multiple times into the early morning…Lol. I love her to pieces but OMG, I wanted to move out. Today is much better.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had , the service ver bad, the food very bad, the price was too high

I took my family of 10, and we were treated with excellent service, and the food was fantastic!
