I was thrilled to learn they were hosting this event. My family in Virginia visited a local one there. The hostess staff gave us a warm welcome and were exceptional. The Hot Buttered Rum was delicious, although the cup it was served in was surprisingly small. Can't wait to visit again soon.

Overall just wanted a great experience like other xmas bars i’ve been to this year.

My bartender (should have got her name! gave me water as I waited. Unfortunately the food took about an hour to come out due to some ticket mishaps in the kitchen. In the meantime though my bartender graciously comped me a beer I had previously decided not to get since the original expected wait was closer to 15 min and I didn’t want to chug it down. Once the food was brought out she shared that her manager also discounted the ticket as a way to make up for the wait. While I was content waiting (Friday night, new years weekend, I expected a bit of a wait I was very grateful for the service provided. Above and beyond— thank you blonde bartender!

Would recommend a reservation since even by 5ish the wait was over 45 minutes, but checking in with a reservation was very fast and easy. The decorations, holiday cocktails, and ambiance are all really fun, and the food was a hit. It is pretty pricey for the cocktails at nearly $20 each, though food prices were pretty average. The pretzelcuterie, Rudolph's replacement, and wagyu lasagna were great. We thought it was worth it for the experience and the great location there's plenty to do nearby and it's right by the beach as well.
