There were many empty tables, so not sure why we wait half an hour?) Our Shantell server was really good. I was very disappointed to find out they no longer have catfish on the BOO menu. I went with the chicken fried steak, that was good and so was the hash brown casserole. For those that don’t eat mean or are trying to eat healthy, this place is a nightmare. Build your own breakfast has a meat requirement. You can’t substitute $1.99 pancake for $3.59 off there a clearer substitution menu. Makes no sense monetarily for their business and really T’s me off. In the future only as a last resort. I visited this restaurant and found the display to be really charming, just like the store itself. The wait time was extremely long, although I was informed in advance that it could be 45 minutes to an hour. It ended up being just about an hour, but we passed the time by shopping and catching up with family members who were visiting from out of town. Our server, Joshua, was excellent. However, there were many menu items that were unavailable. We were thankful for the bread that kept us satisfied until our food finally arrived. Although the dishes were not served hot, we enjoyed the rolls and the good company. We arrived at 3:30 and left after 6:30.
The restaurant has great service from the waitstaff and the food is delicious.
Jada at 35 Walzem was an excellent server. Despite being busy, she was very attentive during our New Year's Eve lunch. Thank you, Jada!
Always have a great experience here. Food never disappoints and prices are reasonable.
Would give 4 stars of 5, but every time we go, we get the waitress. She forgets half the stuff we wanted and is always waiting on the refill of coffee or water.
