Contribute FeedbackDespite some unfortunate incidents with forgotten reservations during the closure for Covid-19, aMare still manages to impress diners with its beautiful beachfront ambiance, fresh and flavorful seafood dishes, and excellent service. Menu highlights include the short ribs and lobster tacos, and the cocktails are delicious. The space itself feels like a breath of fresh ocean air. While some minor issues with food presentation and portion sizes were noted, overall aMare remains a recommended spot for a nice dinner out in Condado, with a lively brunch experience also available.
Made a reservation online with out knowing these people didn’t even bother to turn off their online reservations with Open Table during Covid. Ubered all the way there and all closed up, the phone doesn’t even say they are closed. Poor management across the board
You are adding insult to injury asking us to complete a survey for a confirmed dinner reservation for a closed restaurant aMare at a closed hotel Serafina. It was an especially disappointing and embarrassing situation for us because a guest came up from Guanica to celebrate Fathers Day with us. I should add that we were frequent visitors to aMare and enjoyed it, but this bad experience has changed everything
Fantastic view and food was very good, service was lacking failed to do basic things such as refill water glasses, explain menu, ask if we wanted refresh on cocktails, advise that dessert items needed extra time to prepare and needed to be ordered well in advance
Unusual and very good cocktails. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Service was excellent
Nice spot on the ocean front in San Juan. There is a modern vibe in this restaurant and good food. Our server was knowledgeable and energetic. Another great place to eat in San Juan
