The best place for someone with all the time in the world. Ended up not eating here, despite having reserved a table. We never figured out which table it was as the waitress (midle 50s) ignored us a dozen times in the whole 25 minutes we waited to get served. While sitting there and waiting we were never as much as acknowledged of our existence. Not even a nod or dobar dan. Nothing. Scattered around the restaurants where other guests sitting and seemingly also still waiting to be served, their faces implying they had been there longer than us. With nothing in their glasses or anything. Strange.
The worst service I've experienced in a while. The waitress came to serve us with a big delay. When we informed her we are vegetarians, she told us that there is absolutely nothing they can prepare for us, not even one meal without the meat.
This restaurant looks interesting and we were expecting to enjoy the dinner in non-tourist place. But the waiter said there are only three position from the menu available. It was not exactly what we wished.
Great food, but not a lot of dishes and the wait is long.
The worst service I had in a long time. I went there with my husband for late lunch, after visiting fascinating mine in village Rude. When we entered the restaurant, waiter kinda showed us with his head where the table was available, without hello or welcome. After waiting for over 15 minutes, waiter finally returned, listed five basic dishes as only offer and literally said “take it or leave it”. It was a hot summer day, we were never even asked what we would like to drink and words like “please” and “sorry” seemed too exotic for this waiter. They serve schnitzel and chicken. You can get that in literally any other restaurant in Samobor, with much better service and plenty of courtesy. We left it and have no interest to ever return. Only shame is that restaurant is in beautiful setting, that is waisted by incompetent service.
