Mcdonald's - Sammamish

I was inquiring about my order when they just said bye and hung up the phone… it’s been 45 minutes and the app said they’re still making it…

We have never been treated badly at this McDonald's! We've used the drive-thru for two years during the pandemic, and always had a good experience. We are very happy that this McDonald's is here in Sammamish.

Had salat in mcdonalds for the first time. loved it. its healthy n fulfill............do not miss my favoritesburgs much! child-friendly parking. friendly staff and clean, hygienic place

We came here for eat&play. Unfortunately play place is closed. It has been a long time since quarantine lifted! If it is going to be closed for a while, it is better to inform customers properly, specially at google map.

I eat at this McDonald's way more than I want to admit, their breakfast sandwiches are great. BUT... the ice cream machine fiasco is ridiculous. Over the last few years I have become way more familiar with the notorious McDonald's ice cream machine and it's working or not working. I just have one request, suggestion, or plea. Please just put a sign out front before you get in line at the drive-thru that the machine is down. Once you're in line you're trapped, if the ice cream is the main reason you're there, it is very maddening to not have any option but to go through the line and not be able to get what you came for.
