ruma kari serves a variety of Asian and medium Eastern cuisines such as Indonesian, Malaysian, Indian, Turkish and Arabic. we especially liked their papadums, a light, tasty and crispy appetizer. the meal times can be quite heavy, not only in the bauch, but also in the pocket. Nevertheless, the place is charming and perfect for those who once have a blue moon termine or meetings. View all feedback.

Not coming back, almost inedible food. Indian resto but hardly any vegetable on the menu?! The food they served tasted like tomato paste straight from the can see photo , with canned mushrooms olives. I felt like eating overpriced processed food. Wow! Especially the ambience: Once you open the door, it will crash you for a while because it has a wonderful decor. It is as if you are in an oriental restaurant with quite fascinating representation of artifacts that gives both a contemporary and classic view of the restaurant. Food: The dishes are excellent, but a must try is the chicken tikka masala. Every Indian student who lives in Davao has to try it once, you will certainly have a taste of India here in Davao. Staff: is very friendly and know the dishes very well. Service: Very good. Minimum time for your order is 15-20 minutes
Starting off with the food: it blew my mind. I placed a set of expectations, but the food went beyond it. Servings are damn generous too. As for the service, the newbies were understandably showing a lack of experience and didn't quite know what to do, but time will teach them that. The experience waiter, on the other hand, was excellent; serving and waiting on multiple tables at once without mistake.
A secret door that leads you to good food haven. it’s rustic place with good ambience. Kadhai paneer and chicken and onion pakoras are the best with the suicidal spicy level. It’s kinda pricey but worth it. The meal is good for 2-3, depends on how much you can eat.
My eyes had more of a feast (the curios and the interior design are simply spectacular! than my taste buds...the food tasted different from what I was expecting or maybe the dishes here came from another region of the country whose flavors I have been used to. The Greek lamb souvlaki was too dry I could not sense the lamb anymore. The rendang tasted sweet as well as the shrimp masala. The fish curry was too dry and the roti...was that roti i was eating? And the lassi...made me yawn... Another surprising information...biryani must be ordered in advance...WHY? This should be a staple in every Indian restaurant right? And should be readily available at any time....or maybe their biryani is quite special that I need to come back here so that i can change my view on this place.....
