We found ourselves constantly reminding the waitstaff about our orders, as they frequently forgot what we had requested. I get that it was a bit busy, but even after the rush died down, we were still largely ignored. They brought out our food first and only served our drinks 45 minutes later—by that time, we had already finished our meals! I've never experienced such poor service at any restaurant before. I really wish I had just gone to Jollibee instead.
