My introduction to Bolivian food so I will admit I don't have much to compare it with but I thought it was delicious and my Bolivian dining companion enjoyed it too. We had the chorrellana (fried beef with onions and tomatoes) and the pollo milanese washed down with a delicious Bolivian red. Atmosphere was a little lacking but it was a cold Monday in winter! Café Bar 1900 is a place with good coffee and alternative drinks, they also have tostatos, sandwiches and all kinds of breakfasts. Everything was very delicious, I ordered an American breakfast, I was satisfied. I recommend this place. The bathrooms are very clean and have natural plants. Clients go to read in the patio, nice place.

Once a nice place, today in very bad shape. The food it good though.
Good coffee, good Internet, staff aren't the friendliest, but there's a pleasant terrace outback that is sheltered from the wind.
