Unbelievable! We sat there 15 minutes and were not served the 4 other customers of the restaurant it was exactly the same. The waitresses just ran past one and cleaned other tables and even when they were spoken they said “I’m sending my colleague to them”

I had crêpes with vanilla ice cream, cream and churches. The cherries should have been warm, but were ice cold. My mother's apple strudel was also ice cold. That was the second time. After we complained, the whole thing was made new, naturally warm.

I had ordered part of Kaiserschmarn. Unfortunately, the goods were not completely baked. Something like that can always happen and is not tragic. When I referred to the operation, I have the answer that cannot be! This goods will be delivered to us so that we do not produce them ourselves. The employee was very uncertain with mimics and gestures. At least I didn't have to pay for dinner later. An apology was missing neither when the food was returned nor when the bill was paid.
