We stayed with friends in this restaurant, which among other things was full. We took mixed fry, fish boiled “ Fisherman and ragù pasta for son. Reduced portion of pasta, taste " from the unhealthy ", in the fishing dish sardines in frozen saor, canestrelli with sand, shrimp not cleaned from the stomach. Fried “ passable”. We were Friday 27 for a vegan evening. the collaboration between the chefs of the young and the stefano Momente’ has left us pleasantly impressed. the place was full and it was great to see so many non-vegan people discover how many delicious dishes you can create oando only vegetable ingredients. the 8-course dinner was as expected.... we knew Momente’ and we knew how to go safe.
