Sit inside, sit outside, or sit on the other-side of the road at the tables by the church, and watch the world go by. Very friendly owners who have very regular customers. View all feedback.
We went as part of a large group for a Moules Frite evening to celebrate a Golden Weddig Anniversary. What excellent food and a great evening.
This is what we used to think of as a typical local French restaurant. We only stopped for a drink but saw the restaurant at the back of the bar that was almost full of locals and decided to have lunch.Euro 12.50 for set lunch. Good buffet of starters - followed by the dish of the day - followed by choice of deserts. A huge cheese board that you are presented with together with a knife to take what you want. Included in cost was wine.Great food and atmosphere. Being the only British in the room and the TV showing coverage of the Brexit. We were soon engaged in conversations - they were amaxed we had voted to leave

This is a typical, honest French restaurant like it should be. You are warmly received and the food is of high quality: a buffet with fresh dishes as starter, a choice of 2 for the main course (we took the veal "pot au feu" and were very pleased), nice, ripe cheese and a desert of surprising good icecream. And this all for a really modest price. An example for the many fake "tourist restaurants" with microwave prepared food for a stiff price!
We love this wonderful friendly bar/cafe. The owners Damien and Catou are very friendly and always make us very welcome. The lunch menu is always good and great value. Looking forward to our next visit
