The truth is, the food is good, it is what is expected from a fast food place, although I have already had two terrible experiences. I ordered a mega box, with a big crunch burger and both times I went I had a bad experience. 1. On the first occasion I asked for mashed potatoes and instead of telling me that they no longer had any, they preferred to give me salad and I realized it once I got home. 2. On the second occasion it was worse and I would like to complain, since I ordered a mega box combo and I was entitled to a piece of chicken and when I got home THEY DID NOT PUT THE PIECE OF CHICKEN IN MY COMBO. The truth is, if you plan to buy, I would appreciate and recommend that you carefully review your order, that it is complete and how you have requested it, since this is not the first time that things have happened in this establishment.
The home delivery service is terrible. An order up to 2 hours late and the food cold. Service: Delivery Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I went to serviplaza el rosario, it was 9:28 and they said they weren't going to make any more pieces since they had half an hour to close, lousy service
