Our waitress, Kathya... read more My boyfriend and I went to Bitute a few days after it opened and we absolutely loved it! The food is delicious and the service is on point. Our waitress, Kathya, took great care of us and explained all the Peruvian delicacies on the menu. When we went, the restaurant had a 2 for 1 offer on beers, which was great. We strongly recommend the cerdo al cilindro y la chufita. If you have a sweet tooth, the 'El Suspiro ' is to die for and their brownie is the best one we have had in DF. A huge thank you to all the staff at Bitute for looking after us. We will definitely come back!
