I had a fantastic experience at Subway! I received exactly what I ordered, and the staff went above and beyond to help me. I believe the clerk's name was Felicia, and if I'm not mistaken, management should definitely recognize her. She's a true standout! With her skills, she deserves to be an assistant manager or manager if that's her goal. She could really elevate your location to the next level! View all feedback.

I encountered two young gentlemen who seemed a bit inattentive to both the customers and their surroundings. One of my subs was made incorrectly due to a lack of attention. While I understand they are still young, it’s clear they aren't well-trained, which points to a management issue. Overall, I would rate the experience as follows: Food: 4, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 3. The guys at the Saluda NC shop are definitely some of the coolest cats there is. Its Saturday and it was busy but the 2 gentlemen that was working the sandwiches was as cool as you could be and just kept everything moving along it was great as usual. They had a line when I got there of about 4 people and I had 3 subs made and toasted and was out of there in about 12 minutes they really are good at what they do and very pleasant to talk to. Thanks guys I'll be back again. 5 stars all the way
My wife and I had a quick take-out lunch returning home from a morning trip. She ordered a chicken-salad and I ordered a grilled chicken wrap. Both orders were just fine. We favor Subway as a fast food restaurant because the quality of the sandwiches we order are more appealing to us. Service was quick and efficient. The young woman serving us was very polite and friendly.
Subway offers the freshest bread and incredible toppings. The Turkey Club I had was perfect. Thank you, Subway, for the great service!

We stopped going to this location several years ago as service and food had greatly declined. Tried it again today and was totally impressed with the turn around due to new ownership!!! Food was hot, delicious and served fast! Wow!! Great job!!!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
