The service was extremely disappointing. I had to wait two hours for my pizza, and I didn't even order the jumbo size!
The gluten-free pizza at this restaurant is quite tasty, but on the pricey side. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired; our server didn't provide water or dressing and failed to check in on us, even after we indicated we were in a hurry for lunch. This was a bit odd. Service is crucial to my overall rating. I also noticed that many local diners were seated, served, and checked out quickly, which was somewhat confusing.
This restaurant is absolutely awful! I ordered a grilled chicken salad with extra chicken and extra cheese, but the first two croutons I tried were practically salt blocks! There was barely any cheese, and the chicken had an unusual odor. When I called to request a refund, I was told they could either remake the salad or give me a gift card. Why shouldn't I be entitled to a refund? Whatever happened to customer satisfaction? I was prepared to return the entire salad! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! This place is a joke! I feel like I wasted $12!
