What Catalina Valentín doesn't like about Amalinas Hotel:
we ate here on a Sunday night, it was very poor, maybe there was no cook in the service. some of our foods were cold in the middle. when we were very hungry, we ate it and survived. View all feedback.

We visited salta and landed in the quebrada of san lorenzo and decided to look for dinner in the opposite before returning to the city. we arrived in amalinas on a Sunday night, a low season and early, and we are the only diners. but eating and service were spectacular. amalinas is a hotel with a small restaurant, very contemporary in feeling. a good alternative to the usual milanesas and ridded that they get elsewhere. we tried a crookett quinoa that was very tasty and came on a bed of fresh arugula. then we tried the hunch with squash, which was very simple, but delicious. and we also tried the lamb stew, which was delicate and tasteful. by far the best food we had in northwest Argentinian. in any case recommend.
