Yellowfinn Grill Sushi - Salt Lake City

It is good sushi, if you are on the area treat yourself to some lovely raw fish on rice. The luxury shrimp was fantastic

I was looking forward to trying Yellowfinn, when it is warm their patio has an excellent atmosphere. However, their sushi left much to be desired. Me and my partner tried a variety of rolls and nigiri. We both agreed that the rolls had too much rice to the point where you could hardly the taste the fish or other ingredients inside. I also thought the quality of the fish was just okay. Overall, I would maybe stop by on a nice day to enjoy the patio, but would not seek it out over other sushi spot … – show

I always enjoy the variety of the menu. Everytime I eat here I'm satisfied and it tastes great. It is a bit too noisy for me as a hearing aid wearer but that doesn't stop me from coming.

Awesome!!! Great staff, great atmosphere, great food. I’ll be visiting again. Been back a few times, didn’t feel like sushi today. The fish soup is awesome. Addendum: well that’s too bad, I didn’t recognize any of the chefs and the spicy fish stew I had less than an ounce of fish in it. That was a lot of money to spend for a bunch of water and onions.

It is small place, but it is nice. The waiter was super friendly and very helpful. The sushi was tasty.
