The olive oil cake.. WOWLike WOW wow... My friend hyped this up so much and I was like there is no way. Olive oil cakes are usually too dry, masked with other flavors, or just meh...Not this one! I'm truly shook and have found a new fav cake! View all feedback.
What Yelp Fan F doesn't like about Tulie Bakery:
Nice. Hip vibe and a variety of bakery items on display. Guided by the reviews, I bought a slice of the olive oil cake $7 per slice). The slice had a generous size and I could taste high-quality ingredients. The icing flavor seemed like a brown sugar-flavored buttercream. It was also dense, the way I like cakes to be. The fluffy, airy, barely there cakes don't satisfy me. That said, after a few bites, the cake starte... View all feedback.
My fav bakery!. with distance the best bakery. it can be a bit expensive for bigger cakes, but I am certainly not hesitate to spend a little more for better tasting, better maintenance bakery I like the cozy atmosphere and are back! I want to hang around a lot more.
Baker's Delight!. Quite possibly the best coffee you can get in Salt Lake City... especially paired with an oven warmed Gougere and some Powder Sugared Beignets (Saturday Mornings). Well worth the stop!
Best croissant ever!! The brouche and lemon bar were both delicious as well. Loved the atmosphere
Tulie bakery uses sysco products, haven't you seen the delivery trucks, they don't use natural butter at all. False. Its hard to see the tribune give a great review for stolen recipes. The morning bun is from Tartine!!!! 16 Aug, 2011 Originally I am from San Francisco and have been a fan of a small bakery on Gurerro street by my side the name of Tartine. Tulie bakery is a rip off of Tartine and if you...read more
This is the worst bakery! over finished (burns and overpriced! ham and cheese croissant was burned and not edible, mandel croissant was extremely heavy. in this bakery is nothing light and flakey. it is very loud and unfriendly. the seats are also very bad. only 2 community tables that sit 8 people. there is no possibility that two people go there and talk. we will never go back and surely would never recommend this place.
