Tsunami Sushi Tsunami On 9th

The food was excellent and the service was fairly good. However, the restaurant was a bit dark, but I understand that’s just a matter of personal preference. The lunch bento box was not only a great value but also very delicious. Thank you, Tsunami!

The server was incredibly kind about my unusual order, even when I requested some pickled ginger on the side to complement my minimalist meal. I felt inclined to tip her generously—just over 50%—because she was so accommodating and attentive, especially given the modest nature of my order. I look forward to returning and sampling more of the delicious offerings at this restaurant. If the service is any indication of the quality of the food, I have no doubt it will be fantastic.

Baby back ribs and fried calamari for appetizers, sake flight, chicken teriyaki plus a unity roll. I had to be rolled out of there. I ate so much but it was all so good! Loved the unity roll.

I absolutely love Tsunami on 9th! Their fish shrimp poppers are amazing. During the winter, I like to order the Udon Noodles.

Over all good great service and atmosphere! Our server was very kind and helpful, and the food was very good! The only issue I had was the portion on one of the regular rolls felt halved compared to another I had ordered.
