The sushi rolls at this restaurant are delicious. They are carefully crafted and even though they are served in takeout containers, the chef presents them in an attractive manner. The tempura vegetables included a slice of potato, sweet potato, and an onion ring. The Waikiki roll is quite sweet, while the City Creek roll has a smoky flavor that is enhanced by the sauces drizzled on top. It was entertaining to see the sushi being surrounded by flames to bring out the smoky flavor. However, one downside is that the smoky flavor tended to linger.
If I could have I would've gave a 4.5 but I just don't think they deserved a 4. I love their sushi. Not the best I've ever had but I like it. The City Creek roll and the Las Vegas are my favorite.
The food was delicious and affordable. I especially enjoyed the Las Vegas roll.
I absolutely love this place! It's the best sushi I've ever had. I frequently drive down to City Creek just to indulge in their delicious sushi. The City Creek roll is particularly amazing! It's perfect for both sushi and sashimi lovers, as well as those who aren't big fans of sushi. Even my brother, who normally hates sushi, wants to go there for their amazing vegetables. The staff is also very friendly and it's so cool to watch them make the sushi. I was impressed when they lit the City Creek roll on fire while cooking it. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!
