Get the Carnitas!. We went to La Taqueria Lolita as part of our SLC Dining group. It's a hole in the wall on 900 S and 300 W. The decor is unique. Lots of corrugated steel, Christmas lights (it's April) and Corona stuff The food is good. Not knock your socks off great, but good. Great little place. Has a good hole-in-wall feel without being too sketchy. Delicious chips and salsa showed up at the table as soon as we sat down and the server brought as many baskets as we wanted. We ordered a carne asada street taco, carnitas sope, and a carnitas plate. Service sucks. We were seated for 45 minutes and still hadn't taken our order for drinks. Got up and left.

Viva! Great little spot. one of my favorites. all fresh from scratch. Give him a shot. all the dishes are good. I'm more normal.
